Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dish washing machines and pot-scrubbing stations
- Wash and disinfect kitchen, storerooms, tables, tools, and equipment
- Receive and properly store deliveries, rotate stock
- Use detergents and sanitizing chemicals in a 3-compartment sink for dishwashing
- Inspect, pull, stack clean items and send soiled items for re-washing
- Rack and spray items with hot water to remove food residue
- Sort, soak, wash, and re-wash silverware
- Break down dirty bus tubs and manage trash collection area
- Clean and mop all assigned areas
- Dispose of glass and recycle cardboard correctly
- Follow company safety policies and report maintenance needs or unsafe conditions
- Support team to achieve common goals
- Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
- Perform additional duties as requested by supervisors
