Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing areas
- ensure all dishes, utensils, and cooking tools are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- stock and organize kitchen supplies and dishwashing materials
- follow all safety and sanitation regulations consistently
- assist kitchen staff with cleaning and supply tasks as needed
- manage efficient workflow to support culinary and service teams
- report any maintenance or equipment issues promptly
