Job Duties
- Ensure all pots, pans, forks, and plates are clean and spotless
- Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment efficiently
- Manage dishwashing area and maintain cleanliness
- Assist in loading and unloading kitchen supplies
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain organization and prioritize tasks to keep kitchen running on schedule
