Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools including dishwashing machine and trash compactor
- Wash and disinfect kitchen, storage areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
- Receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock
- Inspect, pull, and stack cleaned items, re-scrub and re-wash soiled items
- Clean and mop all assigned areas, including breakdown of dirty bus tubs and handling trash and recyclables
- Follow company safety and security policies and report maintenance needs or unsafe work conditions
- Support team to reach common goals and perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors
