Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior dishwashing or restaurant experience preferred
- Strong communication skills including reading, writing and verbal communication
- Ability to safely handle knives, slicing equipment and other kitchen tools
- Ability to follow instructions related to food preparation and sanitation
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as crouching, standing, kneeling, lifting heavy objects repeatedly
- Willingness to work in variable environmental conditions including heat, cold, wet and noisy kitchen settings

- Provide guests and team members with clean and sanitized utensils, plateware, glassware and equipment
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Use knives, slicing equipment and other food preparation equipment safely
- Read food order slips or receive verbal instructions as to food required by guests and prepare and cook food according to instructions
- Perform physical tasks including crouching, standing, kneeling, stooping, lifting heavy items and repetitive hand and foot movements
- Handle kitchen environment hazards such as knives, grills, fryers and cleaning chemicals safely
- Work in various temperature and environmental conditions including cold freezers and hot grill areas
