Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment
- capability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds without assistance
- willingness to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts

Job Duties
- Wash, sanitize, and properly store all dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and surrounding spaces
- adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
- assist kitchen staff by collecting dirty or used items from prep areas, service stations, or events
- operate dishwashing machinery and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs
- follow all venue policies and procedures regarding safety and cleanliness
- support team members in maintaining an efficient and collaborative kitchen environment
- perform additional duties as requested by the culinary or management team
