- previous maintenance experience in a hotel or restaurant preferred but not required
- ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members

Job Duties
- delivers an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment
- keeps immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and suggests corrective actions
- uses chemicals properly for safety and cost control
- safely operates all equipment
- cleans and sanitizes dishware, flatware and glassware
- sorts dishware and flatware carefully to avoid loss
- cleans and sanitizes kitchen pots, pans and utensils
- adheres to safety and sanitation policies
- handles all glassware and dishware carefully to prevent breakage
- empties and maintains kitchen trash cans
- assists kitchen staff with pressure relief during shifts
- assists with line maintenance and clearing dirty dishes
- supports prep and banquet items as directed
- cleans and maintains kitchen and dish areas including floors, walls and drains
- helps maintain kitchen storage, cleanliness and stocking
- cleans and maintains mats
- assists other team members as needed
- maintains favorable working relationships to foster a cooperative and harmonious atmosphere
- must be friendly and smile during working hours
