- High school diploma or GED
- current Food Handler's Permit
- ability to work all days, nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to communicate effectively
- ability to work quickly, safely and under pressure
- ability to work as a part of a team
- physical and mental strength and endurance to perform duties in extreme environments
- ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- must be 18 years or older

Job Duties
- Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and kitchen areas
- scrape food from dirty dishes, pots, pans, utensils and glassware and wash them by hand or use dish machine
- organize and put away dishes in a sanitary manner
- sweep and mop floors and clean patios and sidewalks where applicable
- sort recycling and dispose of all garbage and recycling in appropriate bins and areas
- steam-clean or hose-out garbage cans
- demonstrate teamwork while working respectfully with all team members
- communicate clearly while demonstrating willingness to help all team members
- provide safe workplace environment for all staff members
- provide harassment free workplace of all staff members
- perform other related duties as required or assigned
