Job Requirements

Able to move at least 40 pounds
able to stand on your feet for at least 8 hours
willingness to work weekends
part-time availability
ability to follow instructions
physical stamina to handle kitchen environment conditions

Job Qualifications

Ability to place cases, pans, utensils, and plates on both low and high shelves
ability to work in hot and damp environments
ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
ability to remain calm under stressful situations
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
ability to listen to and follow directions

Job Duties

Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment
clean appliances and machines
empty and clean trash receptacles
sweep and scrub kitchen floors to maintain a clean and tidy working environment
receive and put away deliveries of clean dishes and supplies
follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with the kitchen team
perform other kitchen tasks as required
