Job Requirements

  • 16 years of age or older
  • Current Washington State Food Handlers Card
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Six months or more related experience or training preferred
  • Ability to understand and communicate basic directions verbally in English

Job Qualifications

  • 16 years of age or older
  • Current Washington State Food Handlers Card at hire or earliest possible training
  • Six months or more related experience or training preferred
  • Ability to understand and communicate basic directions verbally in English
  • Current state-approved first aid certification preferred
  • Current state-approved CPR certification preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prefer knowledge of and previous experience with diverse populations
  • Ability to speak any language in addition to English preferred

Job Duties

  • Assist Food Services Director as needed
  • Follow all food and safety regulations
  • Wash dishes
  • Clean pots and pans
  • Perform general cleaning of kitchen and lodge
  • Complete daily preparation as assigned
  • Attend kitchen staff meetings
  • Perform other duties as assigned
