Job Duties
- clean and sanitize all eating and cooking utensils used in food service
- perform major cleaning projects in the food and beverage department
- maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dishwashing areas
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- support kitchen staff by providing clean utensils and equipment promptly
- operate dishwashing machines and manual cleaning tools
- assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies
