Job Qualifications

- food handlers card valid in California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, or Virginia
- familiar with chemicals used in dish machine and daily cleaning procedures
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- attention to detail
- good physical stamina
Job Duties
- sweep and mop floors
- wipe down workstations, walls, and furniture
- remove trash
- sort and rinse dirty dishes, glassware, tableware, and utensils
- place dishes in racks for dish machine
- sort and stack clean dishes
- carry clean dishes to cooks line and storage areas
- change dishwater in dish machine
- wash pots, pans, and trays
- fill and empty soak tubs with cleaning and sanitizing solutions
- assemble and disassemble dish machine
- maintain a clean, safe, and organized dish room and adjacent areas
