Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- One year or more fine dining or restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to read, write and understand English
- Manual dexterity of hands and arms for kitchen equipment use
- Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull without sitting for extended periods
- Ability to lift or carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work a flexible schedule

- Safely operate dishwashing machines according to community standards
- Load and unload dish machines efficiently
- Maintain a neat and sanitary work environment
- Follow safety and health regulations while handling kitchen equipment
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to support dining service
- Provide timely dishwashing service to support resident satisfaction
