Job Duties
- Maintain a guest focus and a positive attitude
- Communicate clearly
- Operate basic dish machine functions
- Assume 100 percent responsibility for cleanliness of dishes, glassware, tableware, pans, utensils, etc.
- Lift, place, and remove loaded racks of dishes, glassware, etc. into and from dish machine
- Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand when necessary
- Remove and empty loaded trash cans into proper receptacle
- Clean floors at end of night
- Comply with all company guidelines regarding food safety and personal safety
- Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation including tables, shelves, floors, equipment, etc.
- Complete required tasks within assigned time frames
- Assist in other areas of facility performing maintenance, cleanliness, etc. as assigned
- Follow all opening and closing procedures for dish area as assigned
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop frequently
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
