Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
1 to 2 years experience in food handling preferred
ability to work under pressure during peak hours
strong attention to cleanliness and sanitation
good communication skills
ability to work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
previous prep experience preferred
ability to work quickly and efficiently during rush hours
ability to set goals and achieve them
1 to 2 years experience in food handling strongly preferred

Job Duties

wash dishes and kitchen utensils
handle food items according to safety standards
prepare kitchen areas for peak meal service times
ensure cooks have adequate supplies during busy periods
follow menu, standardized recipes, and portion control guides
adhere to food production time schedules
maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen work areas
