Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid Food Handlers Card in specified states including California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, Virginia
- Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely
- Experience in dishwashing or similar cleaning roles preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours

- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Qualifications

- Familiarity with dishwashing chemicals and cleaning procedures

- Good physical stamina for manual labor tasks
Job Duties
- Keep plate ware, glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils clean and sanitized
- Maintain the dish machine, dish room, prep area, and equipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in the dish room and adjacent restaurant areas
- Handle chemicals used in the dish machine and perform daily cleaning procedures
- Sweep and mop floors, wipe down workstations, walls, and furniture
- Remove trash regularly
- Sort, rinse, and rack dirty dishes and utensils to send through the dish machine
- Sort, stack, and carry clean dishes to cook's line and storage areas
- Change dishwater in the dish machine as required
- Wash pots, pans, and trays
- Fill and empty soak tubs with cleaning and sanitizing solutions
- Assemble and disassemble the dish machine
- Prepare thoroughly and strive for perfection
