Job Duties
- Collect and clean all dishes, glasses, utensils, pots and pans and related food use items
- safely operate dishwasher and check items for cleanliness, load appropriate soap levels and time cycles
- store cleaned, dried items in proper places
- transport items between dining room and dish room
- remove garbage from area and dispose of in proper waste containers, and operate garbage disposal unit
- clean floor of any spillage of water, detergent and/or foodstuffs per safety and sanitation guidelines for all food and chemical handling
- wash worktables, walls, floors, and department equipment
- transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas and restock supplies when needed
- deliver exceptional customer service to customers, vendors, peers, and managers
- other responsibilities as assigned by the Executive Chef
