Job Duties
- assists with food tray preparation during meal service hours
- cleans and washes dishes by hand or machine including trays silverware and pots and pans for morning lunch and dinner meals
- ensures the sanitation of the kitchen work area by cleaning and washing machines mopping the floor taking garbage to the dumpster
- maintains cleanliness and sanitation of dish room and pot sink work areas
