Job Requirements
- Able to stand for long periods
- Able to climb ladders and stairs
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds or more regularly
- Willingness to work in wet, noisy, and temperature-extreme environments
- Holds current Food Handlers Permit

Job Duties
- Upholds company mission and philosophy
- Sets up and breaks down dish machine
- Cleans and polishes dish machine thoroughly
- Checks dish machine operation and reports defects
- Washes and properly stores dishes, trays, utensils, cups, and small equipment
- Checks water temperature during washing to ensure compliance
- Removes trash from dishroom and places it in dumpster
- Cleans and sanitizes garbage cans and maintains liners
- Keeps dishroom and detergent storage area clean and orderly
- Acts as back-up prep cook when needed
- Provides support to other kitchen staff as directed
- Maintains personal appearance and cleanliness according to hygiene standards
- Adheres to highest standards of hygiene and sanitation
- Follows health department food safety and hygiene regulations
- Maintains current Food Handlers Permit
