Job Requirements

  • Exemplify the Triple T Hospitality experience by dedicating oneself to delivering great guest service and consistently going above and beyond for both team members and guests
  • wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment according to health and safety standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen
  • assist with trash removal and cleaning of kitchen floors, walls, and surfaces
  • ensure all dishware is properly stored and ready for use
  • monitor dish machine operation and report any issues to the Assistant Kitchen Manager
  • follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
  • support kitchen staff with prep or cleaning tasks as needed
  • work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role preferred but not required
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • strong attention to cleanliness and detail
  • ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
