Job Requirements
- Exemplify the Triple T Hospitality experience by dedicating oneself to delivering great guest service and consistently going above and beyond for both team members and guests
- wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment according to health and safety standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen
- assist with trash removal and cleaning of kitchen floors, walls, and surfaces
- ensure all dishware is properly stored and ready for use
- monitor dish machine operation and report any issues to the Assistant Kitchen Manager
- follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- support kitchen staff with prep or cleaning tasks as needed
- work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role preferred but not required
- ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- strong attention to cleanliness and detail
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
