Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in dishwashing or hospitality preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to handle physical tasks including lifting and moving heavy kitchenware
- Flexible availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

Job Duties
- Wash plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans and other smallwares and equipment
- Store and rack all cleaned items properly
- Maintain sparkling clean restrooms
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Ensure a clean, sanitized and safe environment for guests and team members
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service teams
- Support overall restaurant cleanliness and operational efficiency
