Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- frequent walking and standing for long periods of time
- ability to reach hands and arms in any direction and kneel and stoop repeatedly
- repetitive bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
- repetitive use of hands, including single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
- occasionally access high storage shelving with the use of a step ladder
- lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals
- exposure to varying temperatures including steam, high kitchen temperatures, humidity, freezers, refrigerators, indoor air conditioning, and outdoor/patio conditions
- willingness to maintain sanitation protocols

Job Duties
- Bussing tables and keeping the FOH and BOH clean
- properly washing dishes
- taking out the trash
- opening/closing the dishwashing station, including properly sanitizing stations
- receiving and putting away produce, paper goods, and dry goods
- helping the kitchen on an as needed basis
- preparing food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
