Job Requirements
- Must have previous experience in a back-of-house or dishwashing role
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards strictly
- Physical capability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant back-of-house experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to lift/carry up to 40 lbs and push/pull up to 75 lbs
- Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods with frequent bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching overhead
Job Duties
- Cleaning and sanitizing cookware, utensils, and dishware following Emmy Squared standards
- Keeping the dish area organized and ensuring proper machine temperature and chemical safety
- Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen floors and back-of-house spaces
- Properly disposing of waste and following dumpster procedures
- Supporting the kitchen team with additional back-of-house tasks as assigned by management
