Job Requirements
- 16 years of age or older
- current Washington State Food Handlers Card
- ability to lift 50 pounds
- six months or more related experience or training preferred
- ability to understand and communicate basic directions verbally in English

Job Duties
- assists Food Services Director as needed
- follows all food and safety regulations
- washes dishes
- cleans pots and pans
- performs general cleaning of kitchen and lodge
- completes daily preparation as assigned
- attends kitchen staff meetings
- other duties as assigned
