Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for shifts of 8 to 12 hours
  • ability to work cooperatively in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking capability

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in dishwashing or restaurant utility work helpful but not required
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
  • effective communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • Clean and maintain all restaurant areas
  • clean and sanitize all dishes, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils
  • operate dishwashing and other equipment safely and correctly
  • empty kitchen and other area trash
  • work as a team supporting cooks with prep work and making signature Cheddar Bay Biscuits
  • focus on team and customers, ensuring decisions consider both
  • follow all cleaning and safety protocols
