Job Duties
- Operate an industrial dish machine and keep area clear of dirty dishes, pots and pans
- Maintain cleanliness of the food preparation facility, including washing and disinfecting the kitchen area, tables, tools, dishes and floors
- Clean all major kitchen equipment, including ovens, stovetops, grills, flat tops and deep fryer
- Comply with established health, sanitation and personal hygiene standards
- Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up necessary supplies and tools
