Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- ensure dishes and smallware are cleaned and sanitized
- commit to food safety, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards
- dispose of trash and remove linen bags
- monitor and maintain dish machine performance including wash and rinse temperature criteria
- work cooperatively with the culinary team in a fast-paced environment
- support the kitchen team to help create memorable guest experiences
