Job Requirements
- High school education preferred
- Valid Food Handlers Card for California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, Virginia
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Experience with dishwashing equipment and chemical handling
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts

Job Duties
- Keep plateware, glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils clean and sanitized
- Maintain the dish machine and dish room
- Clean prep area, equipment, and related workspaces
- Sweep and mop floors and remove trash
- Wipe down workstations, walls, and furniture
- Sort, rinse, and rack dirty dishes for dish machine
- Sort, stack, and transport clean dishes to cook's line and storage areas
- Change dishwater in dish machine as required
- Wash pots, pans, and trays
- Fill and empty soak tubs with cleaning and sanitizing solutions
- Assemble and disassemble the dish machine
- Prepare thoroughly and strive for perfection
