Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift heavy items up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Cleans, sanitizes and properly stocks all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware
- Maintains cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping and mopping
- Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage
- Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
- Assists kitchen staff as needed
- Reports any maintenance issues promptly
