Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • availability to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is a plus
  • strong attention to safety and hygiene protocols

Job Duties

  • Wash, sanitize, and properly store all dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and surrounding spaces
  • adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
  • assist kitchen staff by collecting dirty or used items from prep areas, service stations, or events
  • operate dishwashing machinery and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs
  • follow all venue policies and procedures regarding safety and cleanliness
  • support team members in maintaining an efficient and collaborative kitchen environment
  • perform additional duties as requested by the culinary or management team
