Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in dishwashing or related role preferred
  • Reliable transportation to work
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift heavy objects safely
  • Willingness to follow safety and hygiene protocols
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Maintain a guest focus and a positive attitude
  • Communicate clearly
  • Know basic dish machine operations
  • Assume 100 percent responsibility for cleanliness of dishes, glassware, tableware, pans, utensils, etc.
  • Lift, place, and then remove loaded racks of dishes, glassware, etc., into and from dish machine
  • Wash pots, pans and trays by hand when necessary
  • Remove and empty loaded trash cans into proper receptacle
  • Clean floors at end of night
  • Comply with all company guidelines regarding food safety and personal safety
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation to include tables, shelves, floors, equipment, etc.
  • Complete required tasks within assigned time frames
  • Assist in other areas of facility performing maintenance, cleanliness, etc. as assigned
  • Follow all opening and closing procedures for dish area as assigned
  • Be able to reach, bend, stoop and work in a standing position for long periods of time
