Job Duties
- clean dishes, cookware, and utensils using dishwashing machine and by hand
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing area
- ensure all dishes and kitchen tools are sanitized and stored properly
- assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed
- dispose of trash and recycling materials responsibly
- follow all safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
- report any equipment malfunctions or hazards to management
