Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in dishwashing or restaurant environment preferred
- ability to work in physically demanding environment
- ability to stand, crouch, kneel, stoop and lift heavy items frequently
- basic reading, writing and verbal communication skills
- ability to follow instructions accurately
- capable of using knives and food preparation equipment safely
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Provide guests and team members with clean and sanitized utensils, plateware, glassware and equipment
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- operate dishwashing equipment and maintain cleanliness in dishwashing areas
- handle knives, slicing equipment and other food preparation tools safely
- read food order slips or receive verbal instructions and prepare and cook food according to instructions
- assist in maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness and organization
- comply with health and safety standards and regulations
