Job Duties
- clean and sanitize all cookware, dishes, and utensils
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area
- operate dishwashing machinery safely and efficiently
- assist kitchen staff with basic prep tasks as needed
- manage waste disposal and recycling
- support team by maintaining a steady flow of clean dishes
- adhere to health and safety standards
