Job Duties
- sweep and mop floors to maintain safety and sanitation standards
- operate dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors, and glass crushers
- wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces
- segregate and remove trash and garbage properly
- wash dishes, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- transfer supplies and equipment safely between storage and work areas
- assist with banquet table and front of house setup
- help load, unload, and deliver supplies
- distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed
- comply with sanitation and safety requirements
- perform other duties as assigned
