- previous experience preferred
- current Southern Nevada Health District Food Handler Safety Training Card
- must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit or department

Job Duties
- responsible for the proper cleaning and sanitizing of all kitchen ware and utensils
- adhere to health and safety standards in food service areas
- collaborate with kitchen and clinical staff to maintain hygienic environment
- monitor and report any issues related to kitchen sanitation
- ensure compliance with Southern Nevada Health District regulations
- assist with maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies
- support overall food service operations by performing assigned tasks efficiently
