Job Requirements
- Ability to work non-standard schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Willingness to work shifts based on the 2026 home game schedule from mid-March through end of September
- Capacity to handle shift times of 10:00am-10:00pm for night games and 6:00am-6:00pm for day games
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning and kitchen support tasks
- Reliable transportation to Cincinnati Reds game venue
- Legal work authorization in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work successfully as a team or at times with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail related to order and cleanliness
- Dependable, respectful, and professional demeanor with a can-do attitude
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- Light kitchen prep work as needed
- 1+ years of dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred
- ServSafe certification or Food Handlers certification
Job Duties
- Maintain a regular cleaning schedule of all kitchen equipment
- Clean and sanitize all equipment after each use and between different food items
- Keep high sanitation standards in dish area including regulating water temperatures and chemicals
- Ensure that the entire facility is maintained in a safe, clean and orderly fashion including sweeping, mopping, cleaning restrooms, spills and taking out the garbage
- Assist in maintaining food safety and organization standards
- Attend to the laundry of all linens when necessary
