Job Duties

  • Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans, using a dishwasher or by hand
  • Keep the dishwasher clean and stocked
  • Immediately report any functional or mechanical problems to the Kitchen Manager
  • Monitor dishwasher water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle
  • Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean and orderly condition
  • Clean and remove trash from designated kitchen areas
  • Organize clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas
  • Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for the dining room and kitchen
  • Maintain proper levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies
  • Perform other duties as assigned by store management
