Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- ability to work in noisy and fast-paced environment
- ability to read and write handwritten notes

- ability to stand and move about the facility for long periods
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently

Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment
- keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and take corrective actions
- use chemicals properly and safely for sanitation and cost control
- safely operate all dishwashing and cleaning equipment
- clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware and glassware
- carefully sort all dishware and flatware to prevent loss or disposal
- clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans and utensils
- adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- handle glassware and dishware carefully to avoid breakage
- empty trash and maintain cleanliness of trash cans
- assist other kitchen staff with pressure point relief during shifts
- assist with line maintenance, sweeping and clearing dirty dishes
- assist with prep and banquet items as directed
- clean and maintain kitchen, dish areas, floors, walls and drains
- assist in maintenance and stocking of kitchen storage areas
- clean and maintain all mats
- assist other team members as needed
- maintain favorable working relationships to promote teamwork and morale
- remain friendly and smile while working varied shifts
- demonstrate clear communication skills
- adhere to dress guidelines
- meet age requirement of at least 18 years
