Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of dishwashing or sanitation experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization under pressure
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of dishwashing/sanitation experience is preferred
- General food and beverage knowledge with at least 1 year of back-of-the-house operations experience is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adhere to health and safety standards
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe workstation
- Maintain food safety and sanitation procedures according to Health department standards
- Thoroughly clean station on a daily basis at completion of shift and any other assigned cleaning projects
- Assist kitchen staff in maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas
- Properly wash, sanitize, and store all dishware, silverware, and kitchen equipment
- Support efficient kitchen operations by ensuring timely cleaning and availability of kitchen tools and utensils
- Follow company policies and procedures related to cleanliness and safety
