Job Requirements

  • Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the country
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds safely
  • Ability to stand and move about the restaurant for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • Physical capability to meet job demands
  • Willingness to follow all safety and cleanliness protocols

Job Duties

  • Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
  • Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils
  • Safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment
  • Emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
  • Supporting the Cooks with prep work and preparation of signature Cheddar Bay biscuits
  • Focusing on team and guests in all decisions
  • Following all cleanliness and safety protocols
