Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
  • ability to handle multiple priorities
  • ability to stand for long periods, lift 25 lbs, and bend, climb, or work in confined spaces
  • possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
  • organizational and time management skills
  • demonstration of good judgment, problem solving, and decision making skills

Job Duties

  • perform dish washing and pot washing tasks
  • conduct general and equipment cleaning
  • store and rotate food and supplies according to safety standards
  • execute janitorial duties in dining areas including the Dining Room and Bistro
  • adhere to sanitary procedures and food safety regulations
  • assist with food storage ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines
  • maintain cleanliness in all dining service areas associated with dining activities
