Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
- ability to handle multiple priorities
- ability to stand for long periods, lift 25 lbs, and bend, climb, or work in confined spaces
- possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
- organizational and time management skills
- demonstration of good judgment, problem solving, and decision making skills

Job Duties
- perform dish washing and pot washing tasks
- conduct general and equipment cleaning
- store and rotate food and supplies according to safety standards
- execute janitorial duties in dining areas including the Dining Room and Bistro
- adhere to sanitary procedures and food safety regulations
- assist with food storage ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines
- maintain cleanliness in all dining service areas associated with dining activities
