Job Duties
- clean and sanitize plates glassware utensils and kitchen equipment
- maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area and kitchen workspace
- follow safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
- assist kitchen staff with basic food prep tasks when needed
- dispose of trash and recycling appropriately
- report maintenance issues and supply needs to management
- support team members to ensure timely and efficient dish turnaround
