Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift heavy items up to 50 pounds
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Wash plateware, glassware, eating utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans and other smallwares and equipment
  • Store and stock cleaned items to ensure sufficient quantities are on hand
  • Assist in spot cleaning floors, carpeting, walls, and furnishings to maintain a safe and pleasing environment
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Support kitchen and dining area set-up, operation, and cleanup
