Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • experience in dishwashing or similar role is an asset
  • ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team
  • strong attention to detail

  • ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • reliability and strong work ethic

Job Duties

  • Maintain a guest focus and a positive attitude
  • communicates clearly
  • knowledge of basic dish machine operations
  • assumes 100% responsibility for cleanliness of dishes, glassware, tableware, pans, utensils, etc.
  • lift, place, and then remove loaded racks of dishes, glassware, etc., into and from dish machine
  • wash pots, pans and trays by hand when necessary
  • remove and empty loaded trash cans into proper receptacle
  • clean floors at end of night
  • comply with all company guidelines regarding food safety and personal safety
  • maintains a clean, sanitary workstation to include tables, shelves, floors, equipment, etc.
  • completes required tasks within assigned time frames
  • assists in other areas of facility performing maintenance, cleanliness, etc. as assigned
  • follows all opening/closing procedures for dish area as assigned
  • able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently
  • able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
