Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years of age
- previous maintenance experience in a hotel or restaurant preferred but not required
- ability to clearly communicate with guests and team members
- friendly and able to smile while working
- disciplined and self-motivated
- ability to work days, nights and weekends as required
Job Duties
- delivers an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
- keeps immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and takes corrective action
- uses all chemicals properly for safety and cost control
- safely operates all equipment
- cleans and sanitizes all dishware, flatware and glassware
- sorts dishware and flatware to prevent loss
- cleans and sanitizes kitchen pots, pans and utensils
- adheres to all safety and sanitation policies
- handles glassware and dishware carefully to prevent breakage
- empties trash and maintains trash cans
- assists kitchen staff with pressure point relief
- assists with line maintenance and clearing dirty dishes
- assists with prep and banquet items as directed
- cleans and maintains kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls and drains
- maintains kitchen storage cleanliness and stocking
- cleans and maintains all mats
- assists other team members as needed
- maintains a cooperative working relationship with team members to promote morale, productivity and efficiency
- demonstrates friendliness and smiles during shifts
- communicates clearly with guests and team members
- dresses neatly and professionally at all times
