Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- American citizen or Green Card holder
- Ability to work 12 hours per day, 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Passing pre-employment drug test including marijuana and controlled substances
- No alcohol consumption permitted during employment
- Compliance with grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- Ability to perform emergency and safety functions
- Temporary employment limited to 28 weeks
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be an American citizen or Green Card holder
- Willing and able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day for 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
- Able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended standing or walking
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
Job Duties
- Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the galley including cutlery, glassware, dishes, and surrounding areas
- Receive and carry food deliveries which require lifting boxes that weigh up to 50 lbs
- Ensure that the commercial dishwasher is operating properly and efficiently, reporting any maintenance issues to management
- Create genuine rapport with guests and cater to all galley requests efficiently
- Perform additional functions such as greeting guests upon embarkation and providing assistance during special events including afternoon teas, snacks, and evening entertainment
