Job Requirements
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- one year or more fine dining or restaurant experience preferred
- ability to read, write and understand English
- sufficient manual dexterity of hands and arms
- ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push and pull
- ability to lift or carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Operate dishwashing machines safely and efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area
- ensure timely cleaning and sanitizing of all dishware and kitchen utensils
- support kitchen staff by managing dish flow
- adhere to community standards and procedures
- maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with residents and guests
- handle cleaning equipment and chemicals according to safety guidelines
