Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar kitchen role is beneficial
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items
  • Basic knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and passion for food service

Job Duties

  • Clean dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area
  • Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation procedures
  • Assist kitchen staff as needed with basic food preparation or stock replenishment
  • Transport items and containers weighing up to 50 lbs to and from stock and kitchen locations
  • Follow company policies and procedures for workplace safety
  • Support team communication and collaboration in a fast-paced environment
