Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Wash dishes
- scrape plates/pots/pans
- load racks
- put through machine
- empty racks
- put away dishes, silverware and glassware in proper places and ensure organization
- maintain and replace dishwashing soap, sanitizer and rinse products as needed
- break down boxes (flatten) and dispose of in recycling container
- take out trash in dish station
- empty and clean drains in floor, sink
- clean the dish station floors, walls and surfaces
- maintain proper drying of food storage containers and other items
- assist in peeling potatoes and other basic food prep as needed
- help unloading the truck
- perform other duties as assigned
